Artwork - ai (Adobe Illustrator), eps, pdf (high resolution) or black & white clean hard copy.

Minimum - Less than minimum per item is available upon request, may include additional charge.

Proof - To ensure accuracy of production, a proof will be faxed or emailed on all orders. Failure to approve proofs in a timely fashion will result in delivery delays.

Production Time - Time will vary from item to item (5 to 30 working days) we will confirm your requested date prior to the production.

Rush Orders - Rush Orders are subject to a surcharge...we will confirm prior to production.

Shipping- All Shipments are F.O.B. Factory

Payment - Credit Cards - Visa & MasterCard (50% on Order and Balance upon Shipment) No Credit Cards charges will be process without client written approval.
